Join us in the Programming Room for cookie night for 5 social points!!   
For 5 Social Points, Join Anthony Chiu from the UGA Nutrition Kitchen for an FRC Friendsgiving Cooking Event. Learn some basic cooking skills and enjoy a nice home-cooked meal with your fellow FRC friends. We will be cooking black bean quinoa soup. For dessert, we are making pumpkin energy bites. 😋 Space is limited to the first 10 participants who sign up. The deadline to signup is Nov. 10th! 
“Pow Bam kiai!” Join the FRC community on November 7th from 6-7 pm on the 2nd floor Programming room for a self-defense class hosted by Recreational Sports. Come and participate in this fun interactive session to release stress. Or come watch, observe, and learn about self-defense. 5 social points!

Join us for some pesto and pasta during our regular cookie night time! We'll be using basil picked from the FRC garden to make out pesto sauce! Gluten free and nut free options will be available! See y'all there for 5 social points!
We hope you'll join us for fun, snacks, and games in the Rutherford Programming Room as we kick off FRC's signature cookie nights! 
We are hosting an afternoon of canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding at Lake Herrick. We will have a guides from Ramsey to take us around the lake. The guides will also give us a short paddle school on how to use these, so no worries if this would be your first time. Masks will be required if you are not on the water.
