With the cold snap behind us, last week FRC residents helped transfer seedlings from the greenhouse to our FRC Sustainability garden. Many thanks to our Sustainability Chair Madison Brantley and Urban Agriculture Intern/ FRC alum Abby Lauterbach for organizing the event!

Dr. Ehlers hosted the April Executive board meeting at his home, and for a team building exercise the Director's Assistants and Danielle faced off against the other team members in a game of ... Kubb!

On Saturday morning FRC residents had the opportunity to paint a house with our community partners Hands on Historic Athens!

FRC would like to thank Dr. Amy Bonnaffons for joining us for an engaging Talk & Tea on "Reclaiming Monstrosity: Queer Vampires and Feminist Hybrids." Throughout Western literature, figures of monsters and vampires have been used to represent fears of racial and sexual outsiders. Dr.

FRC would like to thank Dr. Wolkow of the Classics Department for his engaging lecture on the man, the myth, the legend who went to Hades and back: Orpheus.
