Self Defense Class

“Pow Bam kiai!” Join the FRC community on November 7th from 6-7 pm on the 2nd floor Programming room for a self-defense class hosted by Recreational Sports. Come and participate in this fun interactive session to release stress. Or come watch, observe, and learn about self-defense. 5 social points!

Pesto Night!

Lake Herrick Outing

We are hosting an afternoon of canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding at Lake Herrick. We will have a guides from Ramsey to take us around the lake. The guides will also give us a short paddle school on how to use these, so no worries if this would be your first time. Masks will be required if you are not on the water. Join us via zoom as we relax and destress before finals. This is an open-ended event, so you can spend the hour doing anything from reading or drawing to meditating or yoga. Sign up on the FRC calendar!
